Could possibly be a TCCM challenge, encoder motor issue or maybe a transfer scenario problem — all of that has been included in just this thread.
I have an ’02 Chev 2500 by using a manuel 4X4 shifter. My challenge is that 4hi won’t have interaction. 4lo seems to perform just fine, axle engages, lights around the sprint appear on, I can listen to front axle actuator partaking, but After i check out 4hi nothing appears to happen.
Essentially, this may emulate the button remaining pressed and may set off the TCCM to have interaction 4Hi. If it doesn't, the problem is at the TCCM, most-probably. Again, check pin five in the Going Here TCCM. You might also prefer to try out implementing electrical power to pin 5 straight on the TCCM and see if it engages 4Hi.

What I'd do is test the button assembly wires in the TCCM. If I’m not mistaken, I think that the buttons are pulled high (+5VDC) and floor out on urgent them (I can be wrong, so remember to double Check out!). So, I’d take a look at Each and every among the list of button assembly wires in the TCCM. The really should all be exactly the same without having buttons pressed.
